Authorized representative before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, and the EUIPO. Dr. Jeschke has been practicing intellectual property law for many years. He worked for many years in patent departments in industry. He began his training at an automotive hardware and software supplier.
In addition to technical experience in simulator construction and the associated development software, he also gained experience in corporate and patent law.

He subsequently worked at an English-speaking university, where he was responsible for all matters relating to patenting, exploitation, and implementation of university-internal inventions. In particular, he shaped the legal framework for collaborations between industry and academia. His career also took him to a wind turbine manufacturer, where he headed the patent and legal department.
In addition to personnel management and the coordination of patenting processes, Dr. Jeschke also advised the management board. Dr. Jeschke gained experience in the legal profession over many years at a national patent law firm. There, he advised national and international clients and supported them in all matters relating to intellectual property rights. Clients value both his industry and university experience, which he actively contributes to his consulting work.
Dr. Jeschke has particular expertise in IP management and intellectual property rights in the higher education and research sectors. In 2024, together with Christian Newton, he published the specialist book “Protection Rights in Research, Study and Teaching”, which was published by Kohlhammer Verlag (ISBN 978-3-17-041632-1).
