Mr. Rosskamp studied production engineering with a focus on aerospace engineering at the University of Bremen and received training in intellectual property law after completing his studies.

Mr. Rosskamp then spent six years researching the efficient and automated production of aviation components and the corresponding materials, including as a lecturer in this field.

After completing his research, Mr. Rosskamp worked freelance in technical project and production planning, as well as product development, for approximately five years. In addition to his academic training, Mr. Rosskamp holds a qualification in carpentry and extensive experience in fire protection. His technical expertise lies in mechanical and plant engineering, production and automation technology, mechanics, aerospace, and technical products.
